Life can be a whirlwind, and in the midst of taking care of everyone and everything else, we often forget to take care of ourselves. I know firsthand the importance of having someone who checks in on you.  That's why I'm excited to open up Self-Care Office Hours for our community!

Every Wednesday, at 12pm (PST), you can join me on Zoom for a safe and nurturing space where  we'll explore self-care from different angles, learn valuable tips, and most importantly, check in on each other's well-being. Together we will uplift, inspire, and empower one another. Our time together will be a blend of sharing stories, discussing self-care strategies, and reminding ourselves that it's okay to put ourselves first sometimes.


Cassie's Cure is dedicated to putting on fun, and educational events for this self-care community. All year round Cassie plans and facilitates her very own self-care events, workshops, webinars, and retreats.

From issues of unemployment to burnout and just being able to make new connections or rekindle old ones during a time of loneliness. The pieces of peace retreat really helped me receive some healing that I needed during the difficulties brought on by COVID19. The retreat helped me open up a bit even when I felt unwilling to.

The pieces of peace retreat truly helped me gain more peace in areas I wasn’t prepared to have uncovered.

The workshop were well organized and focus on building confidence and learning new hobbies. Each instructor Cassie brought out was noticeablly passionate about their craft and extremely friendly. This retreat gave me a break to remember who I was and take a break from the everyday life of being a student, employee,mother and wife. This retreat was a great way to pull back, get inspired, become spacious, detox, and meet new friends.
